At Sarah Jane Skin Care, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7ā10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage
- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless defective)
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
